Building Road in Mammoth Under Forest Service Direction

Funeral for Mrs. Ann Ward Held in City
Funeral services were held Friday at two o'clock for Mrs. Ann Ward who died Wednesday afternoon. Speakers praised her life, with prayers by Charles Adams and David Matheson. A double mixed quartet by Geo H Durham offered a musical interlude. Mrs Ward, born in England September 23 1840, crossed the ocean in 1863 and married Edward Ward in 1864. She leaves two sons William G Ward and Silas J Ward, plus grandchildren and great grandchildren.
