Sherriff Rich After Liquor Men at Montpelien Parlor
Last Saturday Sherriff Rich and Ed French entered a soft drink parlor run by Eline Haggerty of Montpelien. Haggerty turned a picture into a zine and Rich saved some of the fluid extract for a gout case before placing Haggerty under arrest. Deputy Sheri Athay assisted at the corner saloon where Haggerty later fled after ringing up cash, leaving the man missing.

Supreme Court Rules Water Rights Appurtenant to Land
