Aged Couple Celebrates Golden Wedding Anniversary

Mr and Mrs James Collings of this city marked their golden wedding anniversary on Sunday. They wed October 6 1874 in the endowment house at Salt Lake City officiated by Daniel H Wills. The couple recalls planting Paris a shade and fruit trees in 1866 for Thomas Sleight, one tree still thriving on the city lot of President WM L Rich.

Body of Unknown Man Found Near Tracks at Manson

The body of an unknown man was found at 7 05 Monday morning near Manson by a train crew near Budge ranch. He likely died from a fall or train impact and had 116 in change and a gold watch. No identification was found. The body was taken to Soda Springs and the coroner is in charge. The watch stopped at 5 15, the presumed time of death.

Montpelier Woman Dies After Four Months Illness
