Leonard Stewart of St. Charles Dies After Appendicitis Operation
Leonard Stewart, 36, of St. Charles died Friday morning at Dr. Moore's Emergency Hospital after an appendicitis operation begun October 27. He leaves a wife and seven children, a sister, and five brothers. Funeral services were held in St. Charles chapel with a large gathering and flower offerings. Interment followed at St. Charles cemetery. Stewart was active in public affairs and valued by his community.

Mt Sherman Lumber Mill Burned To Ground Near Soda Springs
