The Paris Spartans beat Thatcher 6 to 0 last Wednesday as Jauss connected with Pugmire for a late third quarter score. Paris plans to face Preston Blue and White in Paris on Friday November 11 at 11 30 a.m. as part of Armistice Day events with the American Legion.

Boise business leader Pocatello Tribune-Journal GM P. F. Cady predicted the next Legislature would make the University of Idaho southern branch a full fledged four year school. He said the southwest backs the program and called it virtually a cinch after addressing civic clubs in Boise. Registration Books To Close Saturday In Idaho Precincts

Voters across 809 precincts must register by 9 p m Saturday November 5 to be eligible to vote November 8. About 202000 people are expected to cast ballots. rules require registration for new voters 21 or older, movers to a new precinct, or those who skipped the last general election.
