The Fielding Academy holds its third commencement at Paris Tabernacle Friday at 10 a.m. Apostle David O. McKay to give the educational address. Graduates include seven from high school, nine from normal, one from music, and many preparatory students. a program with choral works and readings is listed.
Letter from Sunderland by W R Maxwell reports Churchill sees no need for British laws against Mormon missionaries in Great Britain. He cites police inquiries finding no truth in Salt Lake City slanders and urges Utah to stop defamatory campaigns, praising Mormon work in England and urging continued missionary support.
Stockholders met in the Court House and elected officers for the Bear Lake County Fair Association. Directors named were Will N. Young Arthur Badge A M Rich Dr J W Hayward George B Spencer Jr F O Shepherd and Frank Dayton with W R Holmes as secretary. W H Young was chosen president and George B Spencer Jr treasurer. The fair is set for September 26 27 28 and 29 ahead of the October Salt Lake City conference. The new officers seek citizen support and note no salaries. improvements include two wells and better facilities for animals and farm products with a liberal premium list to be released soon.

Testimony Sept 20 1910 before G Spongberg at Montpelier. Keetch represented by J H Anderson and Walter Hoge. Evidence showed government failed to substantiate charges. Ownership of Bear Hollow Springs waters remarked as continued on last page.
