A Wednesday night performance of What Happened to Jones presented by home talent earned praise as a strong comedy. Proceeds of about 75 dollars benefited the Second ward fund. Supt. SH Spencer organized the event with help from assorted participants.

Mrs. Jean Findlay Tabor, daughter of Bishop Alma Findlay, died May 13 in Shoshone Idaho after visiting for medical advice. Born November 28 1889 in Laketown she later lived in Bloomington with her husband Elmer J Tabor of Marley Idaho where they resided since 1915. Funeral services were held in Bloomington with speakers John P Hulme Roy A Welker Joseph R Shepherd and Bishop Alfred A Hart in attendance. She leaves husband parents five sisters and two brothers, with twin babies and two sisters already deceased. She was a Fielding Academy graduate and longtime secretary in the Low Gay School and Marley Sabbath teacher.
The Walters Company played in Paris Friday and Saturday, performing In a Woman's Power and The Rosary to packed houses. Star performers Luke Cosgrave Leon Cluff Walter Christensen led with Agnes Sturtz delivering strong, emotional turns while the married couple in the company offered steady support. The visit drew praise as one of the best to grace the local playhouse.
A farmer hauled potatoes into town and traded his crop for a new wagon. He then sold the old wagon to a neighbor for $20, more than the cost to grow the potatoes, and headed home with a broad grin. The tale ends on a humorous note mocking the Arabian Nights.

Memorial Day June 11 noted and standing committees listed with city officials named.
Idaho will call 51,800 men from its population to register under the conscription act. It is estimated that 2,590 will be drafted while all must register. The Second Idaho regiment will resume recruiting to reach full war strength, needing 475 more men.
A Salt Lake firm has made an offer for the phosphate property in Parallattyobh owned by Mrs. Grandy. The deal is not completed yet but if it proceeds as expected it will bring increased activity to the mine.
