Sheriff S Rich Detains William Smith in Bond Hearing

Sheriff Rich searched the Fish Haven premises and found twenty beer bottles but could not locate William Smith. He later found an empty van and brought Smith to Paris for a probate hearing. Bonds were set at $1,000 to appear before the district court.
