Impressive Funeral Rites Held for Fish Haven Matron
Funeral services were held Saturday at the Fish Haven ward chapel for Mrs. C. Stock 54 who died March 18 after a prolonged illness. The service was led by Frank Findlays and George Findlay with prayers by Senator E. M. Pugmire and benediction by Bishop Ernest st Alfred. The Garden City choir provided music with solos by Mrs. Landon Pugmire and Mrs. Lamont Scofield. Speakers included Ernest Scofield Jas L. Dunford and Pres. Roy A. Welker. The casket was covered with flowers.

1000 Pounds Cheese Stolen From Paris Creamery

Sunderland and Burns Idaho Falls builders awarded October state highway contract to build 11 miles of road from Idaho Falls to south of St. Charles at 83000 dollars. They will install a 20000 dollar rock crushing plant in Worm Creek canyon west of Bloomington to supply rock and will shoot three quarters of a carload of dynamite.
