Mr and Mrs Dale Parker purchase the Charles Rogers home on Ma street. Several families host and visit in Paris, Pocatello, Logan, Soda Springs, Bloomington, and Bear Lake. Notables include Senator Darwin Haddock returning from Boise and Don Lewis a BYU student visiting home. An uptown purchase described and a DUP Gold and Green Ball attendance noted.
Local residents share weekend visits with relatives in Garden City Paris Ogden and Ogden area. A Relief Society party with a 100 guest banquet featured music and readings. Families travel to California and California bound relatives plan to visit Stella Terry and family.
A string of visitors and trips fills Garden City notes. Mr and Mrs Paul A Spence returned from Arizona and other places, as did Mr and Mrs Parley Hodges and Mr and Mrs Victor Satterthwaite. The Gold and Green Ball drew a large crowd with Phyllis Twitcher crowned queen and a square dance floor show.

Mrs. Walter Earley greeted a sister visiting from afar on Monday night March 3. Families and relatives from Paris Fish Haven Montpelier and Logan gathered for visits and a temple excursion. The Relief Society held a quilting meeting and Harlan Eborn hosted a birthday dinner.
Invited guests included Mrs. Agnes Toomer of Lanark and couples Mr and Mrs Alma Poulsen and Mr and Mrs Udell Roberts of Liberty. Locals attended and enjoyed the conference held in Paris Saturday night and Sunday.
