Bear Lake County Civil Defense Ordinance adopted 1967
The Bear Lake County Board of Commissioners enacts a civil defense ordinance creating a county wide civil defense structure. It designates leadership, powers during disasters, penalties for violations, and integration with Idaho state and federal plans. Effective immediately upon publication with severability and loyalty oath provisions.
