William Rich son of Mr and Mrs Clarence Rich suffered a badly fractured leg in a skiing accident at the Logan Ski course last Saturday afternoon. He was struck by another skier and taken to Logan hospital for surgical treatment.

Golden wedding celebration for Daniel Thornock and Inger Thornock
Bloomington residents Daniel Thornock and Inger Thornock observed their 50th wedding anniversary with a Saturday dinner at the Peterson home for 40 guests and an evening reception in the amusement hall attended by 176. The event featured a program of tributes, music, poems, and dancing. The couple, lifelong Bloomington residents, were married in 1900 and later remarried in the Logan Temple. They have six children, thirteen grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. The article lists numerous out of town guests and local relatives who attended.
