Thomas Roberts Dies at Pocatello Saturday
Thomas Roberts 64 of Lanark died Saturday in a Pocatello hospital after a short illness from stomach cancer. Born January 18 1885 in Lanark, he lived in Idaho most of his life and worked in Pocatello for seven years. He was an LDS chorister, married Barbara Goebel in Paris, and is survived by six sons and six daughters, among them Lowell in Soda Springs and Charles in Roseburg Oregon, plus many grandchildren and siblings. Funeral services were held in Pocatello and Lanark with interment in Lanark cemetery.
