Prominent Bear Lake Man Dies in Geneva Saturday
Henry Teuscher 72 of Geneva died Saturday after a short illness. A Bear Lake County Commissioner for six years he was born October 3 1875 in Bern Switzerland and moved to Paris and then Geneva. He married Mary Agler in 1900 and served two LDS missions including Turkey and Texas. He was bishop of Geneva for 22 years and a bishopric member 26 years. Survived by sons and daughters Barbara Tueller John H Teuscher Lillie Stevens Grace Wilcox Aurelia Tueller Inez Teuscher Ivan Tuescher Homer Teuscher and sister Rose Herzog and brothers Robert and Joseph Teuscher. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Geneva ward chapel.

Hendie, Charles Dies in Logan After Illness
Charles Hendie, formerly of Randolph Utah, died Monday at his Logan home after a lingering cancer illness. He delivered mail from Paris to Randolph for years. The Hendies moved to Logan about a year and a half ago and built a new home. Funeral services will be held in Logan Thursday.

An open-air Christmas program will be broadcast from the courthouse balcony Saturday evening in Paris.
