SIN CLAIR OIL & GAS COMPANY of Tulsa and William J Colman of Salt Lake City applied to Idaho's State Board of Land Commissioners for a lease to prospect mine and operate for oil gas casinghead gas and other hydrocarbons in the bed of North Lake Township 14 and 15 South Range 44 East totaling about 16329 acres. A public hearing date was set for August 26 1958 at the Paris Idaho courthouse at 2:00 PM with notice to all interested parties.
