Hyrum Johnson, County Agricultural Agent for Bear Lake County, completed the Radiological Monitor Training Course for Instructors at the Western Instructor Training Center in Alameda California. The program aims to create a nationwide network of over 150 000 fixed monitoring points to detect radioactive contamination and trains instructors from local state and federal agencies industry and the armed forces who will then train others in their communities.
