Before school closes this spring Jas H Wallis of the Utah State Health Association will lecture in Bear Lake to promote health and show films. In September the Child Welfare Department will send a nurse for a week followed by Dr Almond clinics in Paris and possibly Montpelier. In October a Public Health Nurse from Idaho Anti Tuberculosis Association will visit all school districts to focus on children. The plan, approved April 14 by the County Commissioners, forms Bear Lake County Public Health Association with officers Lizzie H Welker president and others including Martha Cruickshank and Ada Van Alleman as vice presidents and Letha D Madsen as county superintendent.
