Emily R. Richards former Bear Lake valley resident and Utah State Mother of 1947 will observe her 90th birthday on April 8 1949. An open house is set for April 10 from 3 to 6 p.m. at 115 North 2nd West Logan Utah hosted by her son in law and daughter Jay L Had dock and wife. She has 12 children 41 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and is active as a Logan LDS Temple officiator.
