Fulton library gains new director Douglas Moore shifts into leadership
Fulton Public Library appoints Douglas Moore as director replacing Betty Maure. A Dewitt native and former children's librarian, Moore pursued multiple master’s degrees and a career in archives before returning to central New York. He faces digital shifts and the upkeep of a 110 year old historic building funded by a $50,000 state grant and a capital campaign.
