Fulton defeats Oswego with potent option attack in home win
Fulton uses a no-huddle triple option to wear down Oswego in a 34-6 victory at the D. Donald Distin Athletic Complex. Senior Quinten Jackson ran 20 times for 142 yards and a touchdown, with Mike Peck, Frank Barbagallo, Darrin Cooper, and Travis Race adding rushing scores as Fulton improved to 2-2 overall. Oswego, led by quarterback Joe Pierce in his first start, scored late on Jason Jones’ 4-yard pass but could not sustain offense, facing strong Fulton defense and turnovers that stymied drives.
