Mental Health Wellness Week at SUNY Oswego Sept 24 30

SUNY Oswego hosts Mental Health Wellness Week with P2P educators, Counseling Center staff, and the Lifestyles Center offering daily events from Sept 24 to 30. Activities include a 5K Stride To SAVE Lives walk, Speak Your Mind panel, balloon art therapy, Oz Talk, One Love workshop, Wellness Fair with therapy dogs, and Open Mic Night, plus bystander intervention training and de-stressing balloon art in the quad.
