Health and Wellness Fair buses offered to seniors in Fulton

Senator Patty Ritchie invites Oswego County seniors to a Health and Wellness Fair at Fulton Community Ice Arena. Free bus routes from Constantia Phoenix Sandy Creek Parish Mexico Oswego Hannibal and Fulton will run 9:45 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. with return departures at 1 p.m. More than 50 exhibitors will offer health checks tips flu shots and a free lunch. Constantia man pleads not guilty to meth felonies

Dwayne Kiesinger a 41 year old Constantia resident faced several drug felonies and a misdemeanor in Oswego County Court after police found more than two ounces of methamphetamine and meth production materials during an April raid on his home. The case outlines his claimed three year meth use and a year of cooking meth for others. Kiesinger also said he gave meth to heroin addicts rather than selling it. He admitted living at his mother’s home and returns to court November 22 for motion arguments. His girlfriend Anna Wilson faced similar charges with a bench warrant issued for her arrest after she failed to appear.
