OCO Health Services Deploys Mobile HIV Testing Van
Oswego County Opportunities receives the HIV testing van from Langley Bros. Dodge in Fulton funded by a state AIDS Institute grant. The van will travel Oswego County offering free HIV and hepatitis C testing, education, referrals, and safe sex options. At the handoff are Langley managers Dennis and Doug Longley, OCO staff Toni Ross and Sarah Woodworth, and CFO Brian Greenshouse.

OCO's Kazel completes UCLA Head Start Fellowship
Beth Kazel, director of OCO Education Services, finished the Head Start Management Fellows Program at UCLA, a 12 day training aimed at strengthening entrepreneurial management for Head Start directors and teams. Her Management Improvement Plan was among 10 selected for presentation, with networking across programs nationwide providing new ideas for Oswego County Opportunities’ Head Start over the next decade.
