Oswego County to vote on selling Miller Brewery parcels to IDA
Oswego County legislators plan to transfer two Miller Brewery site parcels to the county Industrial Development Agency for about 400 000 in back taxes. The IDA would pay 350 103.24 to the county and 49 694 to Fulton City School District in exchange for the properties. One parcel is vacant, the other holds a wastewater plant whose upgrade could attract business, though current sewer capacity may be insufficient. IDA aims to redevelop for economic development with parcels totaling 142 and 73 acres.
