Oswego County events and a sex offender arrest update
The Oswego area hosts Meet the Candidate events for Mayor Tom Gillen and Amy Tresidder and Billy Barlow at locations on West First Street and Canal Commons with times around 8 a.m. on Sept 23 and Sept 30.
