Accident scene crash into lawn prompts police investigation

Fulton woman charged with DWI after crash with child in car
Fulton police say Heather M. Smith 46 of West Fourth Street left the scene of a two vehicle crash near Routes 3 and 481 at about 8 30 p m Thursday. A child under 16 was in her car. She faces aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .18 percent aggravated driving while intoxicated a class E felony third degree aggravated unlicensed operation leaving the scene of a personal injury crash and endangering the welfare of a child all misdemeanors. She was arraigned in Fulton City Court and remanded to the Oswego County Public Safety Center.
