Oswego County E-911 telecommunicator feted for lifesaving CPR

Cassie McGinley, a six year Oswego County E-911 telecommunicator, received regional EMS awards for guiding a caller through CPR during a 2014 incident in Richland. Her EMS dispatch instructions, coordinated with NOCA responders, helped revive a 40 year old woman and bring her to a safe hospital transfer.
