Robert C. Marshall known as Bob, 72, formerly of Oswego, died October 10, 2016, in Lewes Delaware. He served in Vietnam 1962 to 1965, worked as a commodities broker, and loved water, boats, and his Chicago Bears. Survived by wife Florence, daughters Susie Bassett and Mary Mosier, grandchildren, sister, brother, and extended family. Buried at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro. Donations suggested to Delaware Disabled American Veterans. Arrangements by Parsell Funeral Homes Atkins Lodge Chapel.
