Oswego County Legislature's Human Services Committee recognized the Oswego County 4 H Dog Obedience Drill Team for becoming the 2017 New York State Champions. Over seven years the team earned one reserve and four state titles. The squad includes youths ages 5 to 18 training dogs to demonstrate obedience.
