Scriba man charged with child exploitation offenses
Scriba resident Domenic J. Gioia, 41, was charged by state police with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child and one count of possession of a sexual performance of a child. He was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and remanded on bail. next court date is October 26. investigators seek tips at 315-598-2112.
