Pathfinder Courts renovations move into Phase Two in Fulton
Contractors continue Phase Two of the $24 million Pathfinder Courts housing overhaul in Fulton. Phase One is finished with tenants back in, Phase Two targets a senior housing building and finishing touches, while Phase Three, including wheelchair accessible units, has begun with asbestos and lead removal done in half the buildings. The project privatizes operation to Emery Street Housing Development Fund Company, preserving affordable housing while shifting PILOT payments to city and school districts.
