The Greater Pulaski Community Endowment Fund has raised about 10,000 of 15,000 with one month left to reach the goal by December 15. Meeting the target will unlock a dollar for dollar matching grant of 15,000 from the John Ben Snow Memorial Trust and support arts culture education and community projects in Pulaski and Richland.
