SUNY Oswego opens student pantry to aid needier learners
SUNY Oswego launched the SHOP pantry in October in Penfield Library Room 3 offering food toiletries and winter clothing. Hours are 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and 12 to 3 p.m. Fridays with appointments possible via shop oswego.edu or 315 312 2446. The initiative stems from the Student Association and Counseling Services to address food insecurity among students and will expand as needed during breaks.
