APW Students Host Annual Senior Citizens Dinner
The Altmar-Parish-Williamstown High School Student Government organizes a free Senior Citizens Thanksgiving Dinner at 5 p.m. on November 19 in the junior senior high dining room. The event features harvest decor, student artwork, live entertainment, traditional turkey dinner and homemade pies from National Honor Society and student groups. Reservations start Monday by calling the district office at 625-5222.

Fulton Junior High Students Attend College for a Day
Nearly two dozen Fulton Junior High School seventh and eighth graders toured Cayuga Community College Fulton campus during an inaugural College for a Day event. Sessions covered college studies, safety and social media, with hands on biology activities and discussions on self management and future education goals.

Annual Harvest Festival Teaches Students About Farming
Fulton-Fairgrieve Elementary hosted a daylong Harvest Festival outside the school with 23 classes visiting mock farm stations to pick squash potatoes peppers eggplant onions carrots beets cabbage and apples. Produce was donated to Catholic Charities Oswego County food pantry. Activities included a progressive story read Morning Express music from Mark Warner a Fulton Fire Department presentation a treasure hunt Ontario Orchards talk on vegetables pedestrian safety maple syrup farm work and birdseed harvesting.
