Stewards of Children training launched by CAC Fulton
The CAC in Oswego County launches Darkness to Light Stewards of Children program to educate adults on preventing recognizing and reacting to child abuse. Executive Director Karrie Damm emphasizes community effort with local support from Oswego County Legislature and Department of Social Services. Goal is 450 adults trained by year end across schools faith centers youth groups parents and others near children.
