Fulton man charged with selling marijuana to two minors
Oswego County troopers arrested 21 year old Kyle J Fountaine of Fulton after alleging he sold marijuana to two minors during a Saturday incident in the Oswego Town Hall parking lot. He faces two counts of second degree criminal sale of marijuana and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned and remanded to the county jail with a court appearance set for Monday.

Granby plans dredging drive to revitalize Lake Neatahwanta
Granby dredging committee outlines progress and plans to rehab Lake Neatahwanta to improve fishing and recreation. The 700 acre lake, closed beaches since 1988 due to high bacteria and algae blooms, will be dredged to restore water quality with sediments removed to rejoin freshwater springs. Volunteers helped build two pontoon boats to perform most dredging next spring, while anchor dock sections will support operations.

Fulton woman held on drug charges after 144 heroin bags found
Oswego County Drug Task Force seized 144 bags of heroin from Rebecca A. Flugel as she drove a 2009 Kia Rio on Emery Street in Fulton. Flugel, 26, was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned in Fulton City Court and remanded to jail in lieu of bond. The case remains under investigation with possible further arrests.
