Judge bars Bohrer conviction testimony in Thibodeau appeal
Oswego judge Daniel King ruled that evidence of Michael Bohrer's 1981 false imprisonment conviction is marginally relevant and could confuse the Thibodeau kidnapping case. The ruling denied calling Bohrer or his brother John as witnesses and blocks testimonies about the 1981 case. Allen, kidnapped Easter 1994 from D and W Convenience Store, remains missing. Thibodeau convicted of kidnapping in 1995. brother Richard acquitted.
