John P. Smith a 45 year old Fulton man led police on a 10 minute high speed chase reaching 80 mph from Granby Walmart to Volney Route 176. He faces multiple misdemeanor charges including fleeing an officer and aggravated unlicensed operation with a $500 cash or $1000 bond. He was arraigned in Volney Town Court and has a court date April 14.
