Safe Haven honors for humanitarian efforts in Oswego

Safe Haven Holocaust Refugee Shelter Museum in Oswego awarded the Ralph M Faust Humaneitarian Award to Harold Clark and Joyce Suslovic for their refugee aid work. The honor notes Faust, Oswego High School principal, helped welcome nearly 1000 Jewish refugees routed to Fort Ontario Shelter in 1944.
