New York home sales rise in first half of 2016
Statewide NYS Association of Realtors reports a 15.4 percent rise in year-to-date sales through June 2016, with a 2.2 percent gain in statewide median price. Oswego County shows mixed results with fewer closed sales but higher prices and quicker sales in June 2016. Pending sales up 11.4 percent. inventory down 17 percent from 2015 Q2.
