Price Chopper Lobsters Seized Over Size Violations
New York conservation officers seized more than 1100 pounds of undersized lobsters from two Price Chopper stores and the Schenectady distribution center. The investigation began in March after发现 short lobsters were found at stores, with 820 lobsters under-sized at the distribution center. The retailer faces fines up to 100 per lobster and donated the seized stock to Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York in Latham.
