Appeal Filed in Long Running Oswego School Officials Case
A new appeal has been filed in a seven year dispute between former Oswego City School District officials Dr. Kenneth Eastwood and Francis Hoefer. Hoefer alleges Eastwood violated his first and fourth amendment rights, a motion for summary judgment to dismiss the suit was denied, and a stay remains on the case awaiting the Second Circuit decision as the courtroom showdown is paused.
