County rate hike may lift Fulton garbage fees

County rate increase at Oswego County transfer stations could raise Fulton garbage costs for residents. City Clerk Dan O'Brien notes a $5 per ton rise last year pushed the quarterly fee from $45 to $51, and the current $10 per ton increase requires re-evaluating city costs to accommodate the higher rate. He says the city will re-run the numbers to assess impact.
