She taught in the Oswego City School District retiring as a reading teacher at Leighton Elementary and worked summers teaching reading at SUNY Oswego. Survived by children William R Elizabeth Roller James M and grandchildren. Mass of the Resurrection set for Tuesday at St Pauls Church with visitation Monday at Dowdle Funeral Home. Memorials to St Jude Children’s Hospital.

Funeral services for Nicasia Gussie Cerklewich were held July 3 2015 at 10 30 a m from Sugar Scanlon Funeral Home Oswego and at 11 a m in St Marys Catholic Church Oswego with a Mass of Christian Burial. Pallbearers included grandsons and great grandsons. Burial followed at St Peters Cemetery with committal by Rev Morisette.
