Government data breach hits over 21 million people
The Obama administration confirmed a massive breach affecting more than 21 million people whose Social Security numbers health histories and other sensitive data were stolen from U S government systems. A related breach involving background investigation data affected over 19 million applicants and nearly 2 million of their close contacts.
