Fulton Council delays sale of Nestlé properties on Fay and Fourth
Fulton Common Council met to discuss selling two tax foreclosure Nestlé sites, Nestlé Building 30 on Fay Street for 90000 and an adjacent Fourth Street parcel for 10000. No action was taken. Clerk Woodward said Spring Storage Park president Gary Spring plans warehouse and U Haul use and that Spring and former owner Edward Palmer are no longer partners. Councilor Raponi urged a sale condition preventing any deal with Palmer. Woodward questioned legality of such a restriction and noted Palmer could not repurchase due to foreclosure status.
