Fulton CDA expands home buying with two family options
Oswego County residents gain access to Affordable Housing Program with a new twist allowing two family homes. CDA director Joe Fiumara says owner occupancy stabilizes neighborhoods, reduces vacancies, and trains first time buyers to be landlords. About 40 families show interest. grants cover up to 10000 down payments and 1500 closing costs with income limits.
