Oswego Board Frustrated by Cuomo Budget Plan
Oswego City District Board of Education voiced frustration over Gov. Cuomo’s education budget proposals. They urged transparency, promised multiple scenario budgets, and announced two upcoming state forums in Auburn and North Syracuse for community input.
