Central Square woman sentenced for sexual contact with teen
Crystal West 31 of Central Square pleaded guilty in 2014 to third degree criminal sex act after having sexual contact with a 14 year old girl. She was sentenced to six months in Oswego County Jail and 10 years probation. A Feb 17 hearing will determine sex offender level. The victim’s mother described manipulation and lasting trauma while West apologized but the judge urged accountability. West faced charges including second degree acts and endangering welfare before pleading guilty.
