Police charge pair with trespass at Nestlé site in Fulton
Fulton police charged Douglas W. Hemphill and Christopher D. Wood with third degree criminal trespass and possession of burglar’s tools after they were found inside a fenced area at the abandoned former Nestlé plant at 555 S Fourth St. in Fulton. Police noted they had tools that could aid a burglary but no items were taken. The incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. on Jan. 20.
